Dr. John Funnell, Optometrist

Dr. John Funnell did his undergraduate studies at UCLA and received his Doctor of Optometry degree from UC Berkeley.

He is a fellow in the American Academy of Optometry and has been a partner at Manhattan Beach Vision Group since 1980.

Dr. Funnell has extensive experience in specialty contact lens fitting, children's vision and learning, treating eye infections, and consulting on eye care and optics.

Dr. Funnell enjoys the opportunity to see children at his office and also participate, as a co-founder with Dr. Valerie Maxwell, on the Board of the Foundation for Learning Development.
