Dr. Robert Meeker, Ph.D.

Dr. Robert Meeker has been a partner in SOI development for the past thirty years.

His design efforts have been concentrated in five principal areas: computer programs for SOI test analyses, LOCAN-the SOI reading program for figural learners, many of the SOI training modules; Multi-Channel Communication - a means of instructing or training non-semantic learners, and, most recently, Certified Learning - a Total Quality Management approach to education.

Before joining SOI Systems full time, Dr. Meeker was manager of the Computer-Based Behavioral Science Laboratory at University of California, Los Angeles, and, prior to that, worked as a Human Factor Specialist at System Development Corporation.

Dr. Meeker received his undergraduate education at Occidental College, his Master's degree at the University of Washington, Seattle, and his Doctorate at the University of Southern California.
